Save the Christians: The Forgotten Refugees

This film is a first access look into the lives of Iraqi Christians who, under threat of death from ISIS, were forced to flee their ancestral homeland.

While the international community has opened its doors to Syrian (muslim) refugees, it ignores the Christian genocide happening right before its eyes.

The few who make it to refugee camps, are targeted for violence. Those seeking a safe haven are routinely shunned by Western governments~just check the immigration figures. The suffering Christians of Iraq have nowhere left to run to.

Why is the world ignoring these refugees? Why are the Christians of the world remaining silent to their suffering at they same time they open churches to be used a mosques? Why?

Remember the often repeated statement: “First the Saturday People (Jews), then the Sunday People (Christians),” which means “first we kill the Jews, then we kill the Christians.” Take a good hard, honest look at the Middle East now. The Jews have already been driven out of every country except Israel and now the Christians are facing the same fate. The choices are convert or die. Those who still have the means and ability are trying to flee.

Even resettlement is being denied them now, as the muslim populations are rapidly growing across Europe and the west and the government elites seem to have chosen sides. Check the immigration records of each country and compare the numbers of muslim and Christians allowed in. There is an appalling lack of Christians.

Ask yourself this:

   1)  What will you do in the west when you are eventually faced with the choices (convert or die)?

   2)  What are you prepared to do NOW to help your suffering Christian brothers and sisters?

A Messge from Poland?

I read the poem below on Gates of Vienna Blog and thought it was important to share.

The poem was being posted on leaflets in Poland. It showed up in various places at the National Day march. Needless to say it aroused the ire of those on the left who favour open borders.

Under the photo at the top of the poster the text is:

A mother with a child after an acid attack
…this picture says more about Islam than a thousand words
The text (translated below) is a poem:

A Pole is Wise, Before Suffering

*A Word-play on a Polish saying:
“A Pole is Wise, After Suffering”

When the refugees came, I didn’t protest~They were poor refugees.
When they established mosques, I didn’t protest~They have the right to pray.
When they introduced Halal food in schools I didn’t protest
~They can only eat what the Koran allows them to.
When they carried out attacks I didn’t protest
~It’s only a small group of radicals, which doesn’t represent true Islam.
When they raped women I didn’t protest
~Rapes occur in every culture and religion, and they have nothing to do with Islam.
When they demanded Sharia zones I didn’t protest
~They need their own space, and we live in a free country.
When their MPs took their seats in parliament I didn’t protest
~They’re almost half the population now and have a right to be represented.
When they introduced Sharia law, it was too late for me to protest.
There is still time~I think!!!

The Real Truth About the Refugees

The fact is, people no longer do conscientious research...they rely on Google and online fact checkers. The end result is the death of truth and the rise of a political correctness that causes people to attempt to change the truth to what they would like to be.

When was the last time you went into a Library and looked at a set of Encyclopedias written at the time the events happened?  When was the last time you checked actual maps from the 1900s? (not the propaganda items).  It is "laziness" caused by the rise of the "instant" world that is leading us away from the real truths of history.

Those who are interested in truth should be willing to investigate events and accept the facts as they happened~even if they are uncomfortable facts! Perpetrating a lie will never end up well.

The Myth Of Palestinian Arab Refugees Exposed

For many years there have been opposing sides on the issue of "Palestinian Refugees". This topic has been discussed, fought over and tossed around for years. For some reason, (unknown it seems) to the western world, the problem is growing with frightening speed. Why?

Part of the problem is the western way of thinking and its incompatibility with the middle-east mind set. Part of it is a plethora of red herrings making understanding difficult to say the least. We are constantly looking for videos, that contain facts and figures to help those who are interested in truth. The video below is from a series made by former Ambassador, Yorim Ettinger.

Yarom Ettinger is an insider on US-Israel relations, Mideast politics and overseas investments in Israel's high tech.  He is a member of the American-Israel Demographic Research Group (AIDRG), which has documented dramatic flaws behind demographic fatalism on one hand and a Jewish demographic momentum on the other hand.

Mr. Ettinger is a consultant to members of Israel’s Cabinet and Knesset, and regularly briefs U.S. legislators and their staff on Israel’s contribution to vital U.S. interests, on the root causes of international terrorism and other issues of bilateral concern. Ambassador (ret.) Ettinger's Op Eds have been published in Israel and in the US, and he has been interviewed on Israel's and US’ TV and radio.  He was also a speaker at an AIPAC Annual Conference.

Ambassador (ret.) Ettinger~who did his graduate studies at UCLA and undergraduate at UTEP~served as Minister for Congressional Affairs at Israel's Embassy in Washington (with a rank of an ambassador), Israel's Consul General in Houston and Director of Israel's Government Press Office.  He is the editor of Straight from the Jerusalem Cloakroom and Boardroom newsletters on issues of national security and overseas investments in Israel's high-tech.

From Sudan to Israel to Ethiopa to Canada...

Over five years ago, when Jay and Meridel were in Eilat a chance meeting introduced them to a very special young man from South Sudan, named Michael. They immediately “clicked”. As they spoke, Michael revealed an amazing story. Fifteen years earlier, he and his family were horrifically attacked by Muslim extremists~Simply Because They Were Christians.

As the village elders were slaughtered and burned, Michael and his only surviving cousin, Dobuol Bouy, hid in the bulrushes of a nearby riverbank. The next day he was forced to try to identify his parents but could not because they were so badly disfigured.

An officer in the conquering Muslim army held Michael and his cousin as virtual slaves. When the officer commanded them to convert to Islam, they said, “We will die first.” Seven years later, they escaped to Khartoum.

Penniless, they made their way 1600 kms (1000 miles) to Cairo. Michael and his cousin worked nights on menial jobs so they could study at school during the day. It was there that Michael met, and married Nicole, also a Sudanese Christian refugee.

All Sudanese refugees were harshly persecuted by the Egyptian Police who burned their hard earned identification papers. Seeing other refugees killed, Michael and his cousin decided to spend their last savings to try and reach the Israeli border in the Negev desert. Michael and Nicole (now pregnant), parted not knowing if they would ever see each other again.

Escorted by Bedouin smugglers, amidst gunfire from the Egyptian police, they scrabbled over the barbed wire border fence and arrived in Israel battered and bleeding.

They soon learned that their fear of the Israeli Border Police was unfounded. They were given water, food and medical attention.

Finally, they were transferred to a holding center for refugees near Beer Sheva. Some time later they were sent to work in Eilat, Israel’s southern most tourist town.

The Hotel where they worked recognized their natural leadership qualities. Michael and his cousin were quickly promoted to positions as  department managers.

Meanwhile, Nicole, thin and malnourished, carried her newborn baby to the Israeli border. She crossed into Israel determined to find her husband.

Miraculously she was sent to Eilot Kibbutz five kilometers north of Eilat, and she soon found her beloved Michael.

It was in the hotel where Michael and his cousin were working when Jay and Meridel met them. Since that time, they have been linked by the Lord in a powerful way. Immediately Jay and Meridel adopted them and became ”Abba and Ima” (Hebrew for Dad and Mom).

When Jay asked them “How can I help you the most?” They responded, “We would like to go to Canada. Can you help us?"

Jay learned of Canada's refugee and human rights resettlement program for which Michael, Nicole and family~including his cousin~certainly qualified. Thus began a long process at the Canadian Embassy in Tel Aviv~filling out numerous application forms, locating a sponsor church in Toronto and eventually getting scholarships for them to study in a college in Scarborough, Ontario. Jay also appealed to Ottawa for help.

Everyone waited, and waited, and waited some more~almost five years!

Finally in May 2013, an email from the Canadian Embassy in Tel Aviv arrived, asking for help in locating Michael, Nicole, the children and cousin Dobuol Bouy. Jay found Michael and Nicole in a refugee camp in Ethiopia and Dobuol Bouy in South Sudanl. We all wept when we heard each others voices.

The family are living under very difficult conditions. They are housed in a multi-family tent, with food and water rationed. Michael never asks for anything but only said, “Abba it is very hard here.” Jay and Meridel are sending what they can on a regular basis, but it is not enough. They need milk for the childrean and other basics. They also need to find money to purchase their tickets to Nairobi, Kenya. This is where the Canadian Embassy has a Visa Office. Their papers now have to be transferred from Tel Aviv to Nairobi. How long this will take~no one knows. They need miracles!

It is our goal to travel to the Ethiopian Refugee Camp where Michael, Nichole and their children are; to comfort them.

Once there, we will film them as they tell their amazing story, and show the world what conditions they are now existing in.

This could then be used not only as a teaching tool, but as a means for this family to finally achieve their goal~Freedom~to live, work, worship, study and raise their children without fear of persecution.

and His children will have a place of refuge”...Proverbs 14: 26

Palestine~From the River to the Sea

In this disturbing film, by acclaimed director Pierre Rehov, you will follow along as he explores the issue with firsthand footage of the refugee camps and and in depth analysis by world experts as well as interviews with the Arab refugees themselves. Why there are still millions of Palestinians who, 63 years after the birth of Israel are languishing as refugees in poverty? Why are there still refugee camps within the Arab countries? Israel dismantled its camps in the 1950's and gave full citizenship to what are now Israeli Arabs, while in contrast the refugees in the surrounding Arab countries have been kept in limbo since 1948--stateless and without papers.

In this film you will see the lies, corruption, propaganda and false hopes that have developed as this group of people is virtually held as pawns in a board game. Originally there were about  480,000 who left in 1948 on the advice of their Arab leaders, but this has grown to whopping 6 million plus, who are living in refugee camps today.

You will see that UNRWA is the only agency dedicated to helping refugees from a specific region or conflict. UNRWA has 1 staff for every 10 Palestinian refugees, while UNHCR (United Nations High Commission for Refugees) for the rest of the world has 1 staff for every 4,000 refugees! Of the more than 400 million dollars per year given to UNRWA about 50% goes to UNRWA employees--and there are other funds that are not accounted for.

The facts are not pleasant! Please take the time to watch each of the four segments of this film. Go to Pierre Rehov's website and learn more. Listen to what the Arabs themselves are saying. What they are demanding is nothing less than the complete destruction of the Israeli state and it's people. Are you willing to support this?

The Real Nakba~The Jewish Nakba

The true nakba (catastrophe) is the continued failure of the "Palestinian" Arab community to accept Israel's existence as a Jewish state, and to make peace.

The term "Jewish Nakba" refers to the persecution and expulsion of Jews from Arab countries in the years and decades following the creation of the State of Israel. The Jewish Nakba was a long line of slaughters, of pogroms, of property confiscation and of deportations against Jews in Islamic countries.

This chapter of history has been left in the shadows~downplayed~ignored.

The Arab League rejection of the 1947 Partition Plan and its resulting attack and war against the new born state of Israel was responsible not only for the estimated 500,000 Arab refugees, but also for the 1,000,000 (1 Million) Jewish refugees who were driven out of Arab countries after all of their property and assets were taken.

We are inundated with the plight of the Palestinian refugees, yet little to nothing is said about the Jews who fled from Arab states. Many of their communities dated back 2,500 years. Throughout 1947 and 1948 these Jews were persecuted~Their property and belongings were confiscated~There were anti-Jewish riots in Egypt, Libya, Syria, and Iraq--In Iraq, Zionism was made a capital crime!

Approximately 600,000 Jews found their way to the State of Israel. They were destitute,  but they were absorbed into the society and are an integral part of the state.

The truth is that an exchange of populations took place between Arab and Jewish refugees, but, where the Jewish refugees from Arab countries became full Israeli citizens, the Arab refugees who fled their homes (at the instructions of their leaders), have remained "refugees" to this day, unaided by the Arab countries hosting them. Israel closed its "refugee camps" giving citizenship to the Arabs within.

Little is heard about the Jewish refugees because they did not remain refugees--they became full, functioning, contributing members of society.

You can learn more about their story at the excellent Blog, Point of No Return. Do go there and read the stories, watch the videos, look at the pictures--then ask yourself these questions:
~ Why,  after 63 years does the UN still support 5 Million "Arab Refugees" when thier own neighboring Arab countries will not even allow them the most basic of rights?, and
~ Why, when Israel already absorbed Jewish and Arab refugees does the world demand they turn their tiny slip of land over to those who declare openly that their goal is to destroy Israel?

The Horror of Palestinian Arab Refugee Camps

Food for thought...Israel dismantled the Arab refugee camps in its territory by 1952, telling UNRWA that the idea of camps for its Arab citizens was "repugnant". Those Arab refugees and their descendants have been full citizens of Israel for six decades.  ALL of the Palestinian Refugee Camps are in Arab countries. So tell me again--why does the UN insist on condemning Israel? Why has nothing EVER been said to the Arab countries who treat their own brothers and sisters so badly?
